We setup a digital phone number that's integrated with our system. We obtain mobile carrier permission to send business SMS on your behalf.

This allows our system to send system generated SMS (like appointment reminders or order confirmations) and gives you the ability to reply to a customer when they send your business a SMS.

We are unable to connect your existing phone number to our automation system to send SMS because there is a certain way the system number has to be registered with the mobile carrier board to allow SMS to be delivered. This is because mobile carriers have cracked down on those annoying spammers and in doing so, they have made it a little more complicated for legitimate businesses (like yours and ours) to be approved to send SMS messages.

Yes we can set the new automation phone number in our system to forward any calls to your existing phone number. This way there's no confusion and calls coming to location doesn't change.

We get charged for these features when you use them. So you would be on our Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) Wallet system.

We provide an initial one-time PAYG wallet credit. After you have used our credit, then your credit card will be charged in $10 increments to cover your PAYG usage. You can change the increments higher if you desire and our system will adapt according to your usage. Meaning if your usage causes three $10 increments wallet replenishments during a month, it will increase to the $25 increment.

All of the following pricing will be charged to your PAYG Wallet if the feature is used. If you use your own emailing system, the system will not charge your wallet.

*When registering a phone number there is a A2P Registration fee that could range from $4 to $25 depending what the mobile carrier board charges for your Registration application. If you have submitted and they reject your submission, you may be charged a new Registration fee each time you submit a Registration. We cannot change this as it is dictated by the mobile carrier board and is charged to your account for each number and submission. We can help you with the A2P Registration process to help reduce potential rejections from the mobile carrier board. Please ask our team and we will help.

There are several ways we can set it up.

1) Utilize your website domain to create email sending capability that allows emails to come from your brand. This is done in your domain DNS records. (We can help with setting this up.) We also offer dedicated email IP addresses to help increase your email deliverability for an additional monthly charge.

2) If you have a Gsuite/Google Workspace business account, we can connect it...however...Google has set limitations that come with sending emails from all Google accounts.

3) Bring your own high-volume email provider that you have already setup. We should be able to connect it to our platform through API connection.

4) Use our system's email, however it would come from one of our Fervent Fox domains which may not align with your branding goals.

NOTE: Emails sent by our system are the only ones your communications wallet would debit. For Gsuite/Google Workspace or if you are bringing your own high-volume email system, our email pricing does not apply.

This is something we go over when we have our setup call so we understand your goals and how to deploy the system for you.

Yes! We have a lead form integration for Facebook that allows your leads to auto populate into the CRM when you use Facebook's lead form feature during ad setup. Then we can have automation do what you want next. It may be as simple as sending an email to the lead or as sophisticated as having the system call you and so you can connect with the person.

You can also add your Facebook pixels to our web builder to track purchases if your ads are directed to your website.

Our agreement is per billing cycle. Meaning, if you choose the monthly billing cycle, you are on a Month-to-Month agreement. If you choose annual billing, you are on a Year-to-Year agreement. You can cancel at anytime and your account will be closed at the end of your next billing cycle.
